CHEF TIM Chef Tim is a full time chef with over 20 years working in various facilities. Hilton Garden Inn, Liacouras Center and Temple’s Draught Horse are just some of the fine dining places that Chef Tim has serviced. Some other venues of his expertise has been Veteran’s Stadium on game day as Personal Chef for Eagles’ Owner Jeff Lorie. He has also worked for the Phillies and other spectacular events such as Army/Navy Game. In addition to that he has fed numerous sporting teams such as Philadelphia 76ers; Temple basketball teams (women’s and men); Wheel of Fortune; Kirk Franklin; O’Jays; Master P and Snoop Doggy Dogg; Boxers’ Ball, not to mention a gallery of politic events, etc. During the day and in between his regular full-time jobs he works for Quiet Tip and does the pharmaceutical representative tours. He has been providing breakfasts, lunches and special events at various centers such as University of Pennsylvania, Friends’ Hospital, Women’s Hospital, etc. Tim has also done music video catering for Chuck D and a number of independent movie sets, along with birthday parties, weddings and engagement parties, etc. Tim does do personal catering for others; but without the convenience of tasting, etc. because of his work schedule.
